DATA IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST - STRONG GROWTH POTENTIAL!

 The Data Implementation Analyst is a cross-functional position responsible for the coordination of multiple data pieces for new client implementations and major implementation changes to existing clients. This position will require strong customer focus and working with the client group from start to finish - so customer service skills are essential!

This role will involve initial data conversations with the vendor and the client to ascertain the availability of the required data fields and effective understanding of the data nuances and its impact to the business.

The Data Implementation Analyst will create business rules documents, ETL maps and processes, transforming healthcare claims & membership data into a standard format.

The Data Implementation Analyst will be involved in the entire process of the implementation for each client.
Required Skills:
Prior Exp. with Healthcare, Member Services or Pharmacy is a must.

2+ years experience using SQL Server including queries, stored procedures, DTS, etc.

Strong communication skills – ability to discuss technical issues with a technical/ non-technical audience.

Experience with software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Experience with ETL methodologies and ETL Related application suites (Data Junction, Informatica, DTS, SSIS, etc).

Familiarity with medical claims coding systems: ICD-9, CPT, or NDC.

EDI eligibility, claim, and referral processing including standard X12 transaction sets.

Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security regulations

4 year college degree
