DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Watts Water Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of valves and related water control products, has an exceptional opportunity on our E-Services Marketing Team for a Data Management Specialist. Located at our Corporate Headquarters in North Andover, MA, you will report to the E-Services Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities include: Analyze product data for completeness, consistency & accuracy and address data integrity issues.  Build product data catalogs in the company's product information management system.  Develop and maintain data standards and procedures documentation. Coordinate and prepare data extracts for customers.  Assist with integration of data from new acquisitions.


We Require:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel a must.  Should have the ability to create multi-tabbed spreadsheets, create V & H lookups, create formulas and have familiarity with pivot tables.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and Word. Experience with product information management systems a plus.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills and good written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to multi-task.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and 2-3 years experience in a data management field.
