DOD Requirements Analyst

Fenwick Technologies is a customer centric, innovative and dynamic company that serves federal, state and commercial markets by providing consulting, large scale application development projects and staffing solutions.We are currently seeking Requirements Analysts with DoD experience in the Springfield, VA area.

The preferred candidate will have experience in:

Facilitating workshops, such as JAD, RAD sessions. Familiar with SDLC, RUP, Agile development methodologies, web services technologies and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)

Knowledge of ARMY domain IT systems, architecture and nomenclatureKnowledge of ARMY Acquisition Domain preferred

Producing process models, Use Cases, Test Plans, User Guides. Applications and tools i.e. Doors, Visio, MS office tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills-written and verbal-in order to help bridge the gap between the business and IT. The ability to listen and ask consultative questions are essential. Capturing and analyzing of customer business requirements in a DoD environment. Developing high level implementation plans. Performing as a Team Leader when necessary. Experience working in a complex, dynamic and fast changing environment Travel - 25% some overnightUS Citizenship required for security clearance purposes



Desired Experience:Minimum  2 years experience doing requirements analysisExperience in performing cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and ROIDesired Education is college degree (4 year or Associates)
