This is a contract position located in Simi Valley, CA.

 

Job Summary:

Will manage PC hardware asset management inventory databases; and involve analysis, reconciliation and coordination of numerous data sources.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Write and analyze queries using MS AccessAnalyze and document database relationships and flow of informationMust have a working knowledge of PC Inventory managementProvide customer support, data and reports regarding inventory information, database updates, procurement requests and lease refreshProvide accurate data for allocation of costs to consuming Business UnitsIdentify processes and procedures to improve computer asset managementAct as liaison with external service providers

 

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in related area5+ years in related fieldSolid MS Access, MS Excel and database skillsExcellent knowledge of inventory management Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsGreat team and customer service skills
