Description:ResponsibilitiesAssists engagement manager with assessing clients technical conversion environment needs and defines effective conversion architecture to adequately support those needs.Designs and structures ACF tool set enhancements to meet immediate demands of on-site client engagement ACF developer resources and long-term practice strategy needs.Define and advocate a repeatable conversion strategy and methodologies that support consistent high-quality and efficient delivery of CIS conversion services across a diverse set of utility clients.Oversees performance of multiple ACF developers at simultaneous client engagements to ensure successful performance of conversion engagements in which ACF is deployed.Trains and educates more junior conversion development personnel on standard conversion methodologies, the technical detail of using the ACF tools, and the strategy for deploying the ACF tool set in conjunction with the defined conversion methodologies.Able to consult on or provide estimates on consulting conversion engagements during the pre-sales cycleIdentifies opportunities to provide additional conversion consulting services to existing clients and develops network of contacts in the business community and capitalizes on opportunities to discuss Alliances capabilitiesProvides advice to less experienced staff regarding engagement issues and counseling staff regarding performance and career developmentDevelops effective working relationships with appropriate Alliance associates and client personnelParticipates in internal organization capability developmentAbout the OpportunityThe Alliance Conversion Framework (ACF) Architect participates in and leads development resources dedicated to delivering CIS data conversion efforts. This resource will drive continual improvement in quality and performance of Consulting Services Conversion offerings through refined definition of the conversion methodologies, defining and coordinating ACF tool set enhancements that match evolving methodologies, and coordinated management of multiple ACF development resources at simultaneous conversion development efforts.
