The International Securities Exchange is currently recruiting a dynamic individual to join our Development team as a Database Modeler. 

 

Responsibilities to Include:Development of database queriesPerformance tuning and analysis of queries and SQL codeDevelop performance monitoring plan, perform performance tuning and optimization as well as, developing production support proceduresWork with database administrators and development staff to ensure data standard are metProficiency with modeling tools (ER Studio, ERWin, etc.) is preferredStrong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skillsDevelop security strategy and design document, manage implementation of the security strategyParticipate in system integration, historical load, incremental load, and parallel testing

Required Experience:Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously Able to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision Able to continually assess needs and implement measure that will ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Financial/Trading background is preferred
