JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Designer/Developer to join a core team of engineers and consultants in the design, development and support of our Compliance Products and related custom solutions. General areas of responsibility will include software design, development and testing, support, research and development, and technical writing (Requirements/Design specifications, etc). A Designer/Developer is also expected to identify and implement new and innovative methods, stay current with the latest technical developments and provide input to team methodologies.

This position is based in our Roseville (Sacramento, CA) Solutions Center. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:
-BS in Computer Science or related field
-Immediate authorization to work in the US
-3-5+years relevant work experience in a software development environment
-Solid understanding of Relational Databases, Object Oriented Design and Data Structures, including the application of UML and E-R Diagrams.
-Demonstrated proficiency in C# (WinForms), ASP.NET, and JavaScript
-Strong SQL skills, including familiarity with Oracle (10g) and/or SQL Server databases (2000/2005)
-Experience with nUnit, dbUnit, CVS.
-Demonstrated experience developing and releasing at least one Enterprise Solution and/or Product.
-Familiarity with the entire SDLC (RUP, MSF, XP, etc) and with various software design methodologies
-Strong analytical problem solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFFERED:
-Demonstrated proficiency in JAVA (J2EE)
-Demonstrated experience with applications based upon Microsoft Access
-Demonstrated experience with 3rd party controls, such as Infragistics NetAdvantage
-Demonstrated experience with crystal reports.
-Proficiency with AJAX, CSS, Master Pages, Silverlight
-Legacy experience with COM/COM+ (or equivalent)
-Experience with .NET/JAVA interoperability, such as JNBridge
-Experience with the .NET v2.0/3.0 framework
-Web Services experience (UDDI, WSDL, Remoting, etc).
-Enterprise Service Bus (to include messaging and workflow) such as Sonic, BizTalk or MS WWF
