Implements micro-based desktop, servers, and related hardware and software. Implements workstation connectivity. Assists with system enhancements and modifications. Provides technical support and documentation to meet business objectives. Troubleshoots desktop and connectivity problems.QualificationsTwo years of information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree.This position primarily supports Emory University School of Medicine Faculty and Staff at different locations on the Emory Campus. Applicant must have excellent communication skills and enjoy diagnosing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software. Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista, MS productivity software, network connectivity, and workstation management practices are required. Applicant will be expected to have an excellent customer service attitude, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills, be respectful of diversity, and enhance team performance.
