OAO Technology Solutions has multiple openings for Desktop Support Technicians at our client, the Nation's Fourth Largest Financial Services firm, located in downtown Minneapolis.

Description:

Provides hands-on support of PC hardware and software including Windows 2000/XP and Microsoft Office products. Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment.

 

Requirements:Previous Deskside experience in an ENTERPRISE environment (100+ users). Windows 2/K, XP, Desktop/Laptop, Lotus Notes, Printer support, hardware swaps, software installs, general workstation troubleshooting on a highly distributed client/server system. A sterling WORK HISTORY with references. Able to pass background check and drug screen. Excellent Customer Service Skills; ability to translate technical issues in non-technical terms.
