Digital Designer

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Designer to join its talented team of online professionals, the creators of Barbie.com and Hot Wheels.com! This is a temporary position to start, with the possibility for future opportunities and growth. This individual will function and work as a full-time member of the Mattel online team. This position is located onsite and in-house during normal business hours at Mattel’s world headquarters in El Segundo, California.

 

We are actively seeking a Designer with strong capabilities in both production, illustration, animation and digital design for online media. We are looking for an individual with the capacity to create compelling and innovative online content. Designers seeking to create and build online games, graphical user interfaces, interactive motion graphics and illustration. This individual must be passionate about entertaining and educating across multiple platforms and demographics (boys and girls, kids and family) – at the #1 Toy Company in the world!

 

This Designer is responsible for working with Senior Designers, Project Managers, Content Specialist and Programmers to generate and execute concepts through completion and launch.  This is accomplished through a strategic design process, including planning, conception, sketching, approvals, design and development.
