Digital Network Intelligence Analyst

Put your years of experience into a future of excellence with Oberon Associates, Inc.  Oberon Associates is seeking a Digital Network Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
The analyst assigned to this position will help to propose, develop and coordinate appropriate Computer Network Operations (CNO) courses of action (COAs). As part of this effort, the analyst will: Develop measures of effectiveness (MOEs) and processes to conduct battle damage and effectiveness assessment, detect and assess likely enemy mitigation efforts, and identify potential collateral effects.Identify authorities (DoD or Interagency) for all proposed COAs and identify specific interagency and potential coalition support and ations required.Analyst shall be designated as the Team Lead and will be responsible for providing directions and mission focus to up to three additional contractor analysts in line with tasking from the NTOC Watch Officer.
Analyst will lead reporting performed by Army contractor analysts in accordance with NTOC approved procedures. Position requires analyst capable of manipulating SIGINT databases and the skills to create finished procedures.
Must be an experienced user of the following tools: PINWALE, SKYWRITER, AGILITY, PATHFINDER, ANCHORY, Mastershake, YACHTSHOP, NSRP, OCTAVE and PLUS.
NTOC strongly desires an analyst with knowledge of the following tools: CADENCE, SURREY, TRAFFICTHIEF, CNE Portal and XKEYSCORE. Analyst must also have detailed knowledge of collection systems and tools used to manage requirements along with the ability to develop new requirements and provide assessments as needed on existing requirements.
Basic Digital Network Analysis Course (BDNA) and Intermediate Digital Network Analysis Course (IDNA) strongly desired along with a sound understanding of a programming language.
