Job Description/Responsibility

 

The Director, Inside Lead Generation is responsible for achieving defined team objectives for activity, introductory sales meetings and contribution to Perimeter’s revenue goals. This requires the acquisition, management and retention of a well-trained trained, effective and motivated team.  The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing call centers in Milford, CT and Des Moines, IA.  The responsibilities include:

 

· Recruiting and training of the AE team

· Ongoing management and coaching of Account Executives and Senior AEs

· Compensation/Commission management

· Territory assignments

· Interface with sales and sales management

· Determining effective strategies for achieving goals including targeted campaigns, refining messaging, etc

· Scripting

· Campaign integration

· Performance reporting

Qualifications:

· Outbound team/call center management experience in a business-to-business environment

· Ability to develop approaches to achieving challenging sales objectives

Desired:

· Technology industry experience strongly preferred

· Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce.com

· Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· Excellent people skills and able to communicate effectively

 

Compensation:

A competitive package consisting of a base salary, commissions, and full benefits
