We are currently looking for a Director - Solution Architecture to join our team at our office in Atlanta,GA. This position is responsible for directly managing a group of technical consultants and architects whose primary function is to implement CA product. This position has direct responsibility to review and approve all changes to project architectures on the projects to which his/her team is assigned, while working with delivery and project managers to ensure successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: * Architect and present our solutions with Technical Sales and Services teams at Client sites * Effectively interface at a senior management level within customers to position CA's products and services * Create and scope content in response to RFP's, Proposals and SOW's utilizing the Services Catalog tools * Maintain a personal billable utilization target rate of 45% * Ensure completeness and quality of all project deliverables and architectures by attending at a minimum the project kickoff and project closure meetings of all projects to which his/her team is assigned * Monitor the Change Control process for projects and engagements assigned to his/her team to include requesting, approving and configuring in the system all non-bill time and creation of CIP Project if necessary * Monitor the project Risk Mitigation process for assigned projects and engagements by providing weekly project status, missing time and any other reports as required to Geography management * Provide feedback of lessons learned to Global Practice Teams for updating Industry Best Practice and CA Integration documentation * Provide validation and verification of all resource requests to ensure appropriate assignment of personnel and coordinate with NRM to resolve any resource conflicts Key Requirements: * Experience managing small teams 5-10 resources on complex multi-phase projects * Combination of advanced technical knowledge and experience managing and reporting on complex projects * 6-8 years of related architecture, technical project management and consulting management experience * Impeccable oral/written, presentation (Technical Sales) skills * Experienced in the integration of products to create solutions * Proven ability to analyze IT business requirements, define/design appropriate IT solution, and create detailed Time-to-Value phased execution scopes * Business travel of approximately 75% yearly is expected for this position * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field There's never been a better time to join CA.
