We are current recruiting for a Director of Enterprise Services for our Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters.


Director of Enterprise Solutions

 

 

Summary: Provides leadership, management and direction to Project Managers, Field Service Technicians and Systems Engineers.  Ensures processes, staffing, and tools (HW & SW) are available and optimized to meet business needs.  Developing and delivering Enterprise Solutions & responsible for meeting customer Service Level Agreements.  Manages staffing, schedules, and P&L and Budgeting for Enterprise Solutions Services Department.  Partners with Sales for business development and to define service delivery requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meeting customer contractual Service Level Agreements. Research/ assess available network technologies in relation to the customers’ current and future needs. Define, prioritize, schedule, and monitor multiple technical projects.  Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans / schedules (and using same to provide senior management with accurate and complete status information). Optimizing direct labor utilization. Defining / refining service delivery process. Ongoing staff development, maintaining corporate certifications matrix and PDIs for employees within the department. Requires a basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewall, security, wireless access), as well as knowledge of desktop support.Requires experience with Microsoft implementations and migrations including Exchange, Active Directory and Systems CenterRequires experience with HP Servers and Storage, consolidation and virtualizationRequires a basic understanding of Enterprise infrastructures including data center technologies

Education/Experience:

 

•  College degree preferred

• 3-5 years of management experience, including personnel and P&L responsibilities

•  10+ years of information technology/logistics experience (familiarity with certification process)

•  Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
