Detailed Description:

As the Director, you will be responsible for the leadership, design, development and execution of an effective Recruiting Strategy. This will include the ability to partner with the HR team and hiring managers to design top-notch, cost effective recruiting strategies. You will lead a Recruiter and Specialist and temporary resources as needed as part of this strategy. You will also be responsible to work with the global teams to manage recruiting plans, strategy, attrition and leverage of global tools.
Job Requirements:
· Effectively fill positions on a timely basis.
· Effectively source, recruit, screen, interview and take candidates through the hiring process.
· Lead, motivate and develop global recruiting team.
· Proactively recommend, develop and implement recruiting strategies.
· Partner with business leaders and team to meet staffing needs.
· Manage budget and costs.
· Control quality, costs per hire and days to fill.
Additional Details:
· 10-15 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years leading a recruiting function.
· 5-10 years of direct recruiting experience.
· BS degree in HR management or equivalent preferred.
· Demonstrated success in a high-tech environment with proven track record of success.
· Ability to network and identify leading edge recruiting tools.
· Strong passion and commitment to quality hires with demonstrated results.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience developing creative sourcing techniques and experience with Linked In, Craigslist, Facebook, Associations, etc as sourcing tools.
· Knowledge and experience with recruiting systems, applicant tracking, cost per hire.
· Ability to effecitvely manage external relationships and partnerships.
· Knowledge of laws and experience with government compliance such as OFCCP and EEO.
