Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level Bachelor's Degree · Contact Information · Company Network Solutions · Job Description · Director of Product Management - Online Marketing Network Solutions is looking for a Product Manager to direct the company's efforts to offer industry-leading search engine marketing services for small businesses.  This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company's efforts in the rapidly-growing, challenging arena of online marketing.  He/she will be responsible for all search engine marketing products, including search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising.  He/she has demonstrated the ability to deeply understand customer needs and turn that insight into innovative solutions to meet those needs.  We are looking for an experienced product management professional, preferably with expertise in search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising.Job Responsibilities Develop a strong and enthusiastic product management team for online marketing, and be an integrated part of the overall product management organization Define and maintain a strategy and product roadmap to establish a leadership position in search engine marketing Translate customer needs into product requirements for future product releases that deliver "wow" solutions to the market Maintain strong relationships with other functional groups - marketing, sales, product development, service fulfillment, finance - in order to ensure successful execution Support product marketing to successfully market and sell the product by providing source materials to contribute to positioning, training, messaging, demos, presentations, whitepapers, and public relations Develop and maintain relationships with companies within the industry to form partnerships that will add value to our products and services Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of online marketing, the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, trends and market dynamicsJob Experience6+ years solid experience in product management Strong track record of defining products/services based on unmet customer needs Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Significant experience driving customer research, business case development and requirements definition Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preference for knowledge and experience in search engine optimization or pay-per-click advertising Preference for knowledge and experience working with small businesses Excellent verbal and written communication skills B.A./B.S. required, MBA preferred Please send resumes to tresumes@networksolutions.com .
