As Director of Professional Services working out of our corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA, your primary mission will be to lead, manage and build the professional services team while interacting with clients and managing client engagements from the pre-sales process through to successful delivery. Your cutting-edge technical skills for software project scoping and articulation of engineering and project issues, coupled with the ability to independently prepare creative solutions, will be essential in allowing you to hit the ground running. As you work closely with our customers, you will be a valuable conduit in helping to identify and communicate customer issues and concerns to senior management and providing feedback both to sales and to product development. Possessing excellent business communication skills, strong knowledge of web services, HTML, .NET, C#, Flash and past experience managing budgets and time lines as well as juggling resources to meet sometimes conflicting priorities will be important for your success in this role.
