NS is looking for a Director of Sales Training who is highly motivated to support our growing Sales and Service organization.   Job Responsibilities:The Sales Training Director will oversee and lead in the strategic planning, deployment, management and measurement of sales training and development across the entire sales group.·  Define overall sales training and development strategy using overall needs assessment, subject matter experts and partnership with sales and service groups.  ·  Aligns training and development strategy to the goals of increasing sales productivity at all levels·  Determine and develop effective training delivery systems and platforms. ·  Oversee the development, administration and coordination of specific training schedules and programs, including New Hire Training and Sales Impact Training ·  Manages a training team involved in instructional design, curriculum development and delivery of training·  Develop and maintain a wide variety of instructional and communications materials, including train-the trainer, product, systems and skills (sales, service and interpersonal) information ·  Assess and validate quality and performance of existing programs ·  Evaluate and recommend new training forum and venues as appropriate for the channels. ·  Accountable to productivity of sales organization and ensure training initiatives support ability to attract and retain a strong sales workforce·  Travel on a 25% basis to company or vendor site and occasionally to other locations as neededJob ExperienceKnowledge/Skill Requirements:·  Must have 10+ years of Training Management experience in a product and/or service delivery environment with a proven track record of success (recognition, awards, and references). ·  Must have minimum 5 years experience developing and implementing sales training programs for fast-growth multi-site organizations, at Manager Level or above. ·  Must have experience in instructional design and development of training programs for customer-facing employees, supervisors, and Managers ·  Use of E-Learning, LMS software and tools, familiarity with current Training technologies. ·  Superior analytical, communication, interpersonal and client management skills ·  Proven record of initiative, independence and ability to recognize improvement opportunities ·  Bachelors Degree in Management, Instructional Design, Communication, etc. MA preferred. ·  Experience and comfort ability with technology ·  Microsoft Office skillsCompensation package includes: base salary plus quarterly bonuses, health benefits, 401k and more! Please send resumes to tresumes@networksolutions.com .  Network Solutions is a privately owned corporation that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k), education assistance, PTO, holidays, and the opportunity to join a dynamic organization.
