WE ARE LOOKING FOR...an energetic and ambitious individual to head up our Dallas sales branch.

In this role of DISTRICT SALES MANAGER, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the territories thoughout Dallas and its Outside sales force (by developing, training and motivating the team)
• Ensuring that sales/GP targets are met and exceeded consistently
• Prospecting companies across industries to penetrate the local market share
• Creating and implementing a business strategy to expand revenues in the Dallas market
• Working with the Marketing group to create innovative approaches in growing the business
• Some travel required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years outside sales experience in progressively more senior roles, preferably in the technology reseller market (Hardware and Software)
• Previous Management experience
• Completed College Degree (Business/Commerce major)
• Exceptional communication/presentation skills
• Outstanding prospecting ability
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle
• Strong knowledge of computer applications (MS Office and Outlook)
