Document Management/Imaging Systems Analyst

Job Description/Objectives:Provide technical expertise in the administration and maintenance of the imaging infrastructure. Has responsibility for the build and maintenance of the organizations imaging systems, solutions, and related services, technologies, and processes. Support of core document management business processes and improvement.
Responsibilities:Assist with escalated ECAPS Problem/Change ticket queue. Primarily responsible for FileNet administrative tasks. Primarily responsible for the support of administration and development of the Kofax product. Protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information within the imaging environment by adhering to published guidelines. Maintains daily feeds, and processes that support CCE’s imaging environment. Support production systems, as required by optimizing performance, and improving efficiency. Assists in imaging related software upgrades as required. Participate in scanner setups, and imaging workstation configurations.
Minimum Qualification/Requirements:Solid working knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, remote connectivity, DNS).2 plus years imaging experience REQUIRED. FileNet and KoFax preferred technology.General understanding of e-mail and operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000) Ability to work on multiple problems/changes simultaneously. Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Works well within a team environment as well as individually. Ability to follow corporate standards with respect to tools and processes. Ability to adapt and rapidly apply changing technology to business needs. Excellent customer service skills.
