Domain Support Manager

The Domain Support Manager is assigned to the Domain Support Services Division as the Division Manager. The Domain Support Manager is responsible for supporting the ITMD Domain Managers and ensuring Client Satisfaction amongst the Domain Supported End Users. The Domain Support Manager is responsible for performing the following Program Activities:Lead Quality Assurance Reviews Develop Corrective Action Plans to Quality Related Performance Issues Ensure that Client Expectations are fulfilled Identify Domain Support Resource Needs Allocate Domain Support Resources across Technical Teams Communicate Service Performance Issues or Service Level Reductions as appropriate Ensure that Domain Managers have access to Domain Support Services Information Ensure that Domain Support Services are provided within agreed Service Levels Forecast Domain Support Requirements
