E-Business Coordinator I

The Electronic Business Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or any other E-Business technology with Coca-Cola’s electronic trading partners. This includes working with a Sr. Coordinator to assist in the set up of the customer or supplier relationships. The Electronic Business Coordinator is also responsible for rotational 24/7 support and day to day operational processes and procedures.

 Obtain and provide technical requirements to and from trading partners related to E-Business Creates EDI and data mappings which includes, analyzing trading partner mapping specifications, working through trading partner mapping issues, creating trading partner relationships in the translator, creating user file definitions, and creating translation formats and mapping Monitor system usage and assist in system clean ups Assist in production testing and system upgrades Provides assistance with the technical certification including communications proper standards usage, and functional acknowledgment processing Monitors functional acknowledgment reports and notifies trading partners of discrepancies Provides upward, downward, and lateral communication regarding the status of trading partner implementations Facilitates issue/conflict resolution related to trading partner implementations Responsible for performing analysis related to EDI or file interfaces and trading partner implementations Assist with EDI and e-business application certification Interact with IT and electronic trading partners Responsible for performing analysis related to EDI interfaces and trading partner implementations Works with trading partners to make modifications to existing EDI and E-Business relationships Proactively identifies problems and makes recommendations regarding solutions Assist with the transition from EDI and e-business certification to production Works with trading partners to make modifications to existing EDI and e-business relationships Participates in team meetings an makes recommendations to improve the EDI and e-business trading partner implementation processes Supports Customer Business Solutions in e-Business related functions Utilizes the Insight document tracking tool to monitor existing e-business environment including help desk tickets, user issues, and trading partner issues Provide day to day operational support by reviewing daily operational reports and addressing issues as required Provide on-call support 24 by 7 to address data issues such as EDI translation errors, communication errors and document duplication…this does not include infrastructure environment Provide support by addressing all alert notifications received via email or pager including help desk tickets, user issues, and trading partner issues Provide quality customer service to Coca-Cola operating companies and Coca-Cola trading partners. Responsible for documenting all correspondence with trading partners in the Trading Partner Database in Lotus Notes Responsible for supplying the appropriate information to successfully communicate to the different Coca-Cola operating companies Responsible for time entry and administrative processes required by customer marketing. Responsible for documenting all mapping specifications using EDISIM Provide management with the appropriate metrics and statistics required each month related to efficiency and performance

 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent amount of post-secondary education and experience required Previous on-call experience within an IT Environment Beverage industry experience preferred Prior experience dealing with Customer Business Solutions trading partners a plus Must have strong PC skills including knowledge of Customer Business Solutions office productivity tools, advanced Excel, and Access skills Prior experience in Customer Service/Help Desk Services a plus. Must have an understanding of ASC X12 EDI standards and e-business, knowledge of EDI translation, communication, and interface environments Must possess the ability to function comfortably in a multi-tasking environment, Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in Customer Service/Help Desk Services preferred.
