E-COMMERCE MANAGER ($59,426 - $100,357)The Baltimore City Public School System is seeking an E-Commerce Manger who will manage the implementation and execution of e-Commerce enterprise for the BCCPS. Formulates project plans, defines systems scope and objectives. Conducts in-depth analysis of business and user needs, documents requirements, and establishes business objectives, milestones and deliverables. Manages day to day activities of the e-commerce function. Implements BCCPS e-Commerce solution; develops detailed projective plans and objectives, gap analysis, timeline, benefits case, user acceptance testing, training and implementation. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. May develop time and cost estimates to plan and control implementation of systems.
