EDI Processing Manager

Fast growing established mid-town company seeking an EDI Processing Manager with proven technical experience.

ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor daily manual and scheduled operational processes. Oversee the implementation of EDI transaction and process automation for new and existing trading partners.Act in liaison capacity with EDI vendors, trading partners, and business units. Implement third party EDI processes.Document and analyze business rules and processes.Create test plans, coordinate quality assurance testing, and implement new transactions.The ability to manage inbound/outbound transactions.Raw Data Translation.Process a high volume of paperwork.Write reports.

 

QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of two (2) years EDI experienceKnowledge of EDI mapping (810, 812, 820, 824, 850, 852, 856, 940, 945 and 997)Knowledge of cross-functional areas: order management, transportation, warehousing, procurement and billingComplete understanding of EDI Systems and distributionStrong understanding of relational database concepts, query statements and have experience creating reportsSQL Server 2000 and greater, EDI processes, VB/VBA, MS Office suiteMacola Progression SQL experience and Data Masons/Vantage Point a plusThe ability to manage priorities and handle simultaneous demandsWillingness to work in a fast paced and demanding environmentStrong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal IT resources, software vendors, and external trading partnersDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsCustomer focused, goal oriented, and self motivated
