Our client is an award winning e-Commerce company in rapid growth mode. This is a newly created, senior role on the marketing team.


Job Profile
This position is for an experienced Email Marketing professional. Our client is looking for someone who can independently direct multiple and effective Email marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will:
Improve ROI through new products and/or improved contact strategies.
Create customer loyalty programs and new customer activations
Develop strategies to expand and adapt to international base
Manage both internal and outsourced email marketing systems
Plan for growth of CRM email programs, identifying new opportunities to improve ROI through new products and/or improved contact strategies.
Ensure quality execution of regular CRM communications, newsletters, campaigns and seasonal programs
Refine marketing segmentation strategy
Build knowledge of policies and procedures while shaping an effective execution process.
Manage time effectively while managing and growing a team
Understand and communicate business trends and program performance to senior management team

Required Skills:
Minimum 5-7 years experience in email marketing managing large scale programs.
CRM program management experience
Strong analytic capabilities required, both quantitative and qualitative
Able to manage both the big picture and fine details
BS in Marketing required, MBA preferred
Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor preferred
