Job Category:ERP Product Specialist Consultant Primary Location:USA-NJ: NEW JERSEY-WEST ORANGESchedule:Full-time Job Type:Regular Employee Status:Regular Yes, 75 % of the Time Job Posting: 03/04/2008Description: Oracle Techno-Functional ConsultantBusiness: Gather process redesign requirements, coordinate and participate in development activities, and support the testing and implementation ofOracleapplication software, specifically with the Oracle Order to Cash, Advanced Pricing and Quote to Cash modules within the Life Sciences industry.Business: Build expertise in interface and data conversion requirements, capabilities and limitations, and setup and configuration issues associated with product modules in your specialty area(s). Business: Understand the purpose, roles, and activities related to a solution demonstration lab (SDL) and participate in applying this technique to facilitate application design and implementation. Methodology: Develop a working knowledge of the Catalyst-prescribed approach with respect to package-based development and equivalent vendor methodologies. Management: Lead a team of 3-5 Oracle consulting resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources), in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Maintain a conceptual understanding ofOracle package solutions and related knowledge of Oracle Order to Cash, Advanced Pricing and Quote to Cash, along with implementation issues from a technical perspective. Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues. Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Five or more years of experience in business analysis andOracle implementations, with specific experience with Oracle Order to Cash, Advanced Pricing and Quote to Cash modules.Should have three full life cycle implementations with Oracle's Order to Cash modules, and experience within the Life Sciences vertical.Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or product-mandated methodology Experience working withOracle's Quote to Cash, Order to Cash and Advanced Pricingmodules and associated business and technical integration issues Experience working with detailed product functionality and features within specific specialty area(s) and associated best practices Other Qualifications Good skills in Oracle development concepts and activities Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative business solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems Willingness to travel up to 75%Remote Work Location Authorized:Yes Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
