ETL/DataStage Technical Lead

Additionally, this individual will have knowledge of transformation architectures, data profiling and cleansing tools, as well as general database technology concepts, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to gather and refine data requirements to meet business rules. The developer will be responsible for all data migration and transformation programs and loads, including verifcation and validation of the quality of the data. This individual should have the following skillsets: A minimum of four years experience with writing & reviewing technical design documents for Datamart components. A minimum of four years experience with creating Extraction-Transformation-Load (ETL) processes and required scripts to control data migration from the source applications to the target systems using established tools. A minimum of four years experience with creating shell scripts to control the ETL processes when necessary. A minimum of four years experience with executing data migration programs and fine tuning the code and improving the performance. A minimum of four years experience overseeing load results and trouble shooting load issues to the staging database and target file system. A minimum of four years experience with executing data load utilities of the target systems as needed. A minimum of four years experience with executing all data migration programs and loads, verifying the data has been migrated to the satisfaction.
