The Education Program Manager is focused on supporting global education programs and working with cross functional teams to support day to day program requirements with an emphasis on program communication initiatives.Key Responsibilities:* Serves as main point of contact for partner related delivery requests and works with WW delivery teams to coordinate * Works with Channel and CA Learning cross functional teams to develop program specific content, collateral and web page content including program decks, flyers, presentations, guides, newsletter submissions and program collateral * Maintain consistent program messaging across all web portals and develop and revise content as required * Works with global delivery teams to maintain and publish a regular updated global delivery schedule, and education collateral in support of support partner campaigns and programs * Serves as point of contact to the field to resolve and escalate delivery issues and special requests from partner teams and interface with operations * Maintain and manage the partner program offerings, learning paths and ensure web content is accurate and updated Works with media teams to publish quarterly program collateral * Supports program adoption by developing program materials and working with cross functional marketing teams on promotions and campaignsKey Requirements:* 2-3 years experience in corporate Learning and/or marketing programs * Excellent organizational, verbal and written abilities * Ability to handle and track multi-task projects across internal departments * Demonstrated proficiency in media/graphic presentation delivery such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe CS suite * Experience with developing content for web and collateral * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including influencing, consultative assessment, and collaboration skills * Understand how to align learning objectives to business objectives * Bachelor's Degree in Education / Marketing or equivalent * Business travel of approximately 25% yearly is expectedOur Islandia, NY campus offers several amenities, including: * Gourmet cafeteria with wide selection of cuisine * Montessori Child Development Center for children up to the age of six * Banking services * Fitness Center (state of the art facility complete with indoor full court basketball, indoor racquetball courts, cardio studio, outside running track, soccer fields, tennis courts) * Concierge services (dry cleaning, package shipping, stamps, movie rentals) * On-site chiropractorThere's never been a better time to join CA.
