Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Engineer 1 Job Code:BCD03081018  Job Description: Responsible for PCB board layout and design for replacement circuits for component obsolescence issues. Responsible for RF amplifier & filter design for Systems and Transmitter application. Design of solid state amplifiers with power ranges of 10W to 10kW for sustaining engineering. Responsible for management and supervision of electrical design requirements for off shore or domestic contract engineering projects for sustaining engineering. Work Sustaining Engineering issues as needed to support manufacturing and purchasing. Process work in Agile PDM.  Qualifications: BSEE or equivalent experience is required. Plus 1 - 3 years of work related experience. Frequency Synthesizers: hopping, low noise, fast switching, Integer N, Fractional N, DDS. Matching techniques: LC, Narrowband, Broadband and transmission line. Low noise receiver front end amplifiers, preselectors. RF Filters: fixed LC, Varactor tuned, Crystal, SAW AGC circuits: : Linear slope, temperature stable, fast response, analog or digital. Power Couplers: Hybrids, Directional, Quadrature, Gysel & Wilkenson Couplers. Antennas: portable, fixed. Spectrum, Vector & Network Analyzers. Familiarity with Eagleware or HP Design Suite and Spice simulators. ACAD, PADS, Viewdraw / Veiwlogic. MS Office Suite  Preferred Additional Skills: MSEE or equivalent is preferred.
