Responsible for algorithm development, modeling, simulation and performance analysis. Work on advanced research and development projects.  Qualifications: PhD or MSEE with a minimum of 13 years of extensive experience in the areas of communication and signal processing.  Experience: Satellite, terrestrial, cellular, and wireless (802.11/802.16) communication systems. Communication theory, adaptive signal processing, and error correction coding technologies. Working with DSP and FPGA hardware a plus.
