Electronic Medical Records Implementation Analyst

MDVIP, Inc., the National leader in personalized healthcare, has an immediate need for an Implementation Analyst to coordinate; train and support Electronic Medical Records utilization in MDVIP affiliated physician medical offices throughout CA.  The Implementation Analyst must have a solid understanding of Electronic Medical Records and workflow within a primary care office as it will be this individual’s responsibility to fully assist each practice in migrating to an electronic environment. 

 

The duties and responsibilities of the Implementation Analyst include, but are not limited to:

·  Contact newly affiliated MDVIP physicians to introduce the EMR Implementation process

·  Perform EMR IT Assessments of each office’s hardware and software needs

·  Order, ship and track new hardware to the physician’s office and coordinate installation of equipment with physician’s IT technician and EMR Vendor

·  Schedule training dates & conduct onsite training for MDVIP physicians and their staff; provide post-training phone and web support; conduct onsite follow-up training sessions

·  Assist in the QA process of version upgrades

·  Create documentation of new functionality

·  Conduct online and onsite reviews of new functionality

 

The Implementation Analyst should be a college-educated individual (Bachelor’s degree or higher in BAHCA, BSN, Medical Record Administration, or similar field of study) with 5+ years of professional experience in the implementation and training of Electronic Medical Records and/or IT systems.  75% travel required to cover Los Angeles, Los Vegas and surrounding area physicians’ offices.  Must exude a polished, friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
