Employee Portal Administrator, HR Finance and Technology
Qualifications: Minimal experience requirements: Five or more years of related experience. HTML/CSS knowledge is required. Intermediate to Advanced user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desirable Requirements: Three or more years of portal administration experience, with one or more years of PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal v8.8 or higher portal administration experience. Object-oriented and/or JavaScript programming. Basic PeopleTools skills with good understanding of internet technologies like XSLT and AJAX. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a computer systems or business related field, or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
Competencies: - Knowledge of PeopleSoft v8.8 (or higher) portal technology and adjacent PeopleSoft modules, including PeopleSoft v8.8 (or higher) HCM
-Experience developing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS content.
-Understanding of content management systems.
-Experience in light object oriented programming.
-Experience designing or facilitating information architecture.
-Strong project management, process design and organizational skills. Ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals and projects.

Duties: The HR Technology Employee Portal Lead is responsible for overseeing the employee portal's structure and content, and assisting in setting its future direction. Working with site stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, Enterprise Applications (IT), Corporate Communications, managers, and employees, the Lead will manage and coordinate the design, development and maintenance of current and future content and services offered through the employee portal. The Lead will analyze needs and requirements to develop and implement solutions that are appropriate for Turner's managers and employees globally. The Lead will possess a broad combination of functional and technical skill sets to assume primary accountability for the employee portal on a day-to-day basis. Finally, the Lead will be a key member of the HR Technology Team and will also be responsible for contributing to the successful transformation of HR's processes and systems as part of a long-term strategic roadmap.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide operational oversight for end user experience for all portal functions and content:
-Gather and understand business needs to effectively communicate business requirements to technical and non-technical teams.
-Manage all enhancements to the employee portal, including the upcoming roll-out to a global audience.
-Lead all portal testing efforts.
-Identify required security roles and assign the roles to content.
-Create and maintain pagelets, navigation collections, content folders, XSLT libraries, and HTML content.
Administer the content management system:
-Manage content including some development in HTML.
-Support and liaise with content owners to ensure site content is updated appropriately.
-Approve all content and publish to employee portal.
Work closely with Turner's EA team to deploy enhancements to current and future applications deployed through the portal including employee and manager self-service and single sign-on to other priority applications.
-Maintain overall site branding.
-Oversees the application of patches, upgrades or changes to the portal environment as appropriate.
