The Outsourcing Services Engagement function leverages client facing experiences to architect solutions that meet or exceed client requirements, ensuring leverage of and alignment with delivery capabilities while supporting Unisys objectives for profitability. Key Responsibilities: Provides team leadership and creativity in development and implementation of services engagements. Uses strong project management skills to lead the delivery of medium to large sized projects within planned timelines, budget, margins and quality specifications. Direct development and integration of project deliverables. Directs multiple project work teams with delivery, architecture and sales staff. Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance and staffing requirements. Establishes strong client relationships, and leverages industry expertise to translates the clients long-range business plan into a services strategy. Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the existing client bases. Manages a team of people, including their training, development, performance and career path.QualificationsTechnical & Behavioral Skills:Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent work experience.
