The Engagement Manager is responsible for selling professional services to customers and ensuring that they are delivered through CA or our partners. They will work closely with the Sales team in developing proposals and selling holistic packages of products and services that meet the unique needs of each customer. The Engagement Manager will develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level within our customer base and escalate implementation issues through the appropriate channels within CA. Key Requirements:* 10+ years work experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Software, or management consulting industry, with 2+ years selling services generating at least $5M in annual services revenue * Strong knowledge of IT processes, particularly in the areas of project management, resource management, and financial management * Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems * Solid communication (oral and verbal) skills as well as strong project management skills * Experience in writing Statements of Work * Bachelor's Degree in a related field * Expected annual travel is 50%There's never been a better time to join CA.
