Honeywell products touch the lives of most people everyday, whether you’re flying on a plane, driving a car, heating or cooling a home, furnishing an apartment, taking medication for an illness or playing a sport. This position is in the Honeywell Field Solution’s (HFS) TAC group within Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS).  Responsibilities The GTS Engineer will be involved in primarily post sale support for the Video Recorders and Multi Loop and Logic Controllers in the process industries. The incumbent will handle incoming customer related technical support inquiries. Provide timely resolution of hardware/software related problems. Have the ability to troubleshoot with experience in process equipment, instrumentation and communications. Handle and coordinate in warranty replacements and repairs. Properly identify and document product related solutions. The position works directly with Customers, Distribution, OEM’s and Honeywell Field Sales to provide a high level of support to our global customers. Also works closely with Technology, Marketing & Manufacturing to respond quickly to critical customer related problems.  .  Basic Qaulifications Education/Certifications A Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) with preference given to a major Electrical Engineering or Associate Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience with industrial instrumentation within the process industries. Professional Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to interface over the telephone with customers, channel partners and Honeywell personnel for timely resolution to problems. Ability to work in a fast paced customer support role.
