Perform duties including the development, modification and maintenance of Projects on our Warehouse Control System.  Coding, testing, debugging and documenting all assigned projects, as well as for weekly reporting on their status to Project Manager.

 

Communicate with staff, management, and external vendors to analyze and document software requirements.

 

Develop specifications for programming projects.

 

Perform code review of other team members.

 

Design and implement modifications within programs to meet client needs.

 

Monitors program operation and performance diagnosing and correcting problems in logic and coding.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


A minimum of 0-2 years experience with programming in ‘C’ on UNIX Platform.  Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience with the following is a plus:

TCP/IP, Semaphores, IPC and socket level programming, X-Windows
