This position will assist leading healthcare organizations with implementation and consulting initiatives to enhance patient care, increase operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. These endeavors include: system and module implementations, release upgrades, clinical assessments and system optimizations and process improvement consulting. Position requirements: Epic Resolute implementation experience Epic Prelude implementation experience Experience with all phases of a system implementation (planning, design, build, test, deploy) Certification in either Resolute HB or Prelude is highly desired Excellent communication and problem solving skills Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships Willingness to travel nationally and work at client sites M-ThEssential Job Functions Business: Understand and apply business process design techniques. Business: Participate in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., workshops, work sessions and interviews). Business: Define, model and interpret data within and between business activities. Methodology: Demonstrate an understanding of the Catalyst approach and apply components of the Architecture, Development, Integration, and Deployment phases to your day-to-day activities. Management: Coach 3-5 project team resources in your area of expertise. Technical: Execute test scripts for the business area and clearly document the test results. Relationship Management: Rapidly gain the confidence of the client and CSC staff in your specialty area and proactively build strong relationships with the working group. Leverage: Extend your role on current assignment due to your level of application and process knowledge, when possible. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Two or more years of experience in business analysis and process modeling Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology Experience working with process and entity modeling techniques Strong analytical and problem solving skills Other Qualifications Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
