Essbase Developer

Our financial services client headquartered in Massachusetts is seeking a strong ESSBASE developer for a 7m+ project at their Copley location.

 

Description:
Seeking a professional with experience in the following areas: Thorough knowledge on data warehousing concepts like Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensions and Fact Tables. Strong experience in creating Applications and Databases using different versions of Hyperion Essbase 7.x and System 9BI+.Extensive experience in Creating Outline, Load Rules, Calc Scripts, and Excel add-in.Hands-on experience in Developing & Maintaining Rule Files, Calc Scripts, MaxL Scripts & Reports.Strong exposure in automating data loads using batch scripts.Extensive Knowledge on Hyperion Analyzer, Hyperion Reports and Excel Spread Sheet Services.

 

Behavior Characteristics:

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player and has the ability to work independently and under aggressive schedules.

 

Required Skills:

·  4+ years ESSBASE v 7 & 9

·  4+ years Oracle 9i/10g

·  3+ years Windows scripting (highly desired)

·  3+ years Autosys (highly desired)
