Requires five or more  years experience in the performance of systems software technical support, one of which shall have been for the Federal Government and at least five years of experience is required in the following technical areas:Exchange systems software technical support

 

Microsoft-certified in the following:MCITP in Enterprise Messaging AdministrationMCSA in Messaging

 

· Experience with distributed server environments and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT industry.

 

· Knowledge of business software applications.

· Expertise in the techniques and methodologies of Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Active Directory is a required component of this task.

 

· Experience with SANs and IBM hardware such as Fiber switches and data storage controllers.
