Executive Assistant to President and Directors

This is a perfect opportunity for a natural multi-tasker to coordinate a variety of logistics for the president of the company and two senior directors in this fun, fast-paced, results-oriented office. Your outgoing personality, impeccable professionalism, and team-oriented focus will make you the ideal candidate for this highly visible role. The EA will conserve the senior management's time and promote the corporate image by representing the president and directors internally and externally; providing liaison between the president, key executives, and employees.
Duties:
· Represents the president by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the president.
· Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the president.
· Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
· Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
· Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
· Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
· Enhances president's and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Adapting to meet changing business needs.
· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
· Candidate must be able to take the lead and be a creative thinker.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Associate degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 0-2 years experience
· Excellent written/communication skills
· Solid knowledge of MS Office suite
· Organized, energetic, pro-active, team oriented and self-motivated
