This position will be managing all logistics for four meeting rooms as well as two Huddle Rooms. This role provides support to all associates at Gartner with booking room requests, ordering food and beverage and arranging room set up for four meeting rooms.* Manage Executive Briefing Center internal and external EB/Huddle room requests.* Communicate effectively to internal and external clients. * Communicate effectively all room requirements to internal resources including Food and Beverage department, Facilities department, IT department, VTC department. * Ensure Satisfaction level standards are at the highest quality. Planning and execution of Executive Briefings:These meetings require the alignment of multiple analysts to multiple client requested issues. The end result is a full day agenda for a face- to- face client meeting executed at Gartner's headquarters in Stamford, CT or Arlington, VA office. * This role provides support to the sales organization by managing a face-to-face client Executive Briefing (Stamford or Arlington).* Schedule and set agenda with the correct analysts for Executive Briefing. * Research clients topics to find appropriate analyst. * Schedule pre-EB calls with client and analysts (Sales and EB Rep on the call as well).* Plan logistics (EB Room) and ensure a quality and valuable client experience. * Back up department members when necessary on Executive Briefing planning and execution. * Ensure satisfaction level standards are at the highest quality. * Monitor requests to ensure they meet required business rules and then logistically plan analyst/client meetings to ensure the best use of analyst travel time. * Coordinate and complete new projects as assigned.Qualifications:* Bachelors degree required and 2-5 years in a customer service environment with a successful track record.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking capabilities and strong organizational and communication skills (both written and oral).* Solid knowledge of general business practices with a high level of flexibility.* Strong attention to detail. * Desired computer skills: Room Wizard, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: NOAMERICA - United States - CT - Stamford, CTJob Number: RUSAGTNR123-593651Company URL: http://www.gartner.com
