We are currently hiring for Search and Selection Recruiter for our offices in Iselin NJ, Houston TX and Dallas TX . These opportunities are for Information Technology and Sales and Marketing Verticals.

 

THE ROLE

 

You will be a part of highly successful of Search and Selection team responsible for sourcing and executing senior level mandates for some of the best blue chip organization.

 

The ideal candidate will:

 Source, headhunt and network among mid and senior level candidates, primarily within Sales & Marketing or IT / Technology function, across USA. Work directly on dedicated assignments Achieve individual targets as well as contribute towards the budgeted team sales targets Develop and enhance existing database of candidates and also develop your own specialization  within a subsection of the industry Deploy latest tools and techniques (e-groups, social and professional networking sites etc) to attract new candidates Build and develop long lasting relationships with candidates Disseminate and share industry knowledge with colleagues on a regular basis

 

The ideal candidates must have :Deep understanding of the  Outsourcing / Offshoring  in  IT industrySuccessful track record in recruiting senior level candidates Ability to work with minimum supervision and execute assignments independently Energetic with a high level of enthusiasm Ability to use and work on own initiative Ability to work in a cross cultural environment Willingness to put in long working hour as per the need Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills High degree of relationship orientation MUST be a team player
