Our team is growing!  To ensure that we keep out commitment to providing clients with the excellent level of support and service that we have become known for, we are looking to add a new Account Manager to our team.

 

The Account manager will deliver pre and post sales support for key client relationships, serving as the liaison between clients/partners and internal teams.  Job responsibilities will include account planning, coordination, and flawless program implementation.  Additional responsibilities will include researching and targeting leads for sales opportunities as well as upgrading existing client accounts.  This position will be primarily responsible for developing and enhancing client relationships by communicating, presenting, and managing RXInsiders products and solutions.  In addition, the account manager will be responsible for managing account profitability, identifying and anticipating future customer and market needs and ensuring client loyalty and satisfaction.  The Account Manager must have a complete understanding of the positioning of our products, possess a strong knowledge of business processes and feel comfortable dealing with executives and individuals at all levels within a university structure.

 

We do not hire based on a specific list of buzzwords, technologies, or popular acronyms on your resume.  Today we use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, & Web Ex. Tomorrow we may use something different.  Whatever technologies, languages, or software programs you have learned, we expect you have mastered them in depth. And, we expect that you are able to master any technology that we need in the future.

Requirements:

· Your friends and coworkers describe you as a highly organized and productive person. They have a hard time understanding how you get so much done in one day.

· People-oriented, friendly and personable nature.

· A “polite, thinking, can do” attitude in the face of obstacles and difficult people

· A keen eye for Detail.

· You love to work with customers and are not afraid of new technology.

· You are a master at juggling multiple complex projects demonstrated by a progressive career of successful roles or a student with a heavy class load.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proofreaders ask you to check their work!

· A desire to constantly develop new skills.

· Permanent legal right to work in the United States.

· Bachelors’ degree, actively working toward a degree, or equivalent work/life experience.

· Excellent grades and willing to prove it.

· Proven experience in sales and client support written. 

· Self-motivated and highly energetic.
