Their culture believes in providing high customer satisfaction by supplying products and services that delight customers and offer value.  The working environment promotes values and encourages employee development, diversity, and leadership excellence.  ***This is a 10-month contract opportunity!!! The ideal candidate will responsible for the following:  The primary responsibility will be to resolve helpdesk tickets on desktop and laptop computers. Will work with a team of IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop and server issues. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and communicate network, server and telecom helpdesk tickets and assist other IT groups for their coordination Participate with IT and other departments for internal and team projects. Great follow-up skills with internal end-user customers required including IT management. Will have strong troubleshooting skills as well as knowledge of IT technical and professional concepts to quickly resolve a wide range of customer issues.   REQUIRED SKILLS  Good communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal are a must Ability to learn concepts from peers quickly, and share information with others, for a constantly increasing and evolving knowledgebase Strong problem solving skills Excellent customer service skills Great interpersonal skills Detail oriented Self-motivated performer Experience in working with Windows XP, Windows Active Directory/Server and a networked environment is a must Experience with Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec NetBackup, GoodLink and WebEx software and Linux is a big plus.
