Sapphire's Chicago office (located downtown) is searching for an experienced  Recruiter. This is a high volume office with recruiters working on an average of 20 openings at any given time. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years recruiting experience. Experience recruiting in the IT field is a huge plus. We are looking for someone to be 100% candidate-focused for contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement. You will be sourcing, screening, conducting in person and phone interviews, testing, negotiating, and building relationships with candidates. Although Account Managers handle the client sales portion of our business, we are looking for a recruiter who is comfortable working with clients and can help strengthen our client relationships. 




Required Skills: 1-5 years recruiting experience. A solid work ethic, desire to succeed, good oral and written communication skills, desire for a long term career with Sapphire, and strong relationship building skills are required.




Desired Skills (not required): IT Recruiting experience. Telephone and in person recruiting, interviewing potential consultants, on-site consultant visits, relationship building, ability to understand industry trends and issues. Any experience as an office leader or training new recruiters is a big plus.
