Job Profile
The ideal candidate for this exciting new opportunity will have experience as a Customer Experience Designer who has worked with large, complex consumer websites.

Job Responsibilities:
Define and create site structure, interaction flows, page wireframes, prototypes and interface requirements that promote ease of use and a positive user experience.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering, to conceptualize and develop new products and site features. Ensure sitemap, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to the live site.
Work with web designers to ensure the graphic design is consistent with the UI requirements and usability best practices.
Play a key role in developing our client's customer experience function, including usability testing, concept testing, surveys, interviews and card sorts.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Factors, or an equivalent field.
Agency & client side experience preferred.
3-5 years as a Customer Experience Designer/Information Architect, and, experience working with large, complex consumer websites.
Must also have experience with usability testing, customer research and prototyping.
Candidates must be well-versed in user-centered design methods, gathering user data, interpreting the results, and translating them into solutions and techniques.
Be proficient with Visio and have an understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XHTML, Ajax and JavaScript.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing, quick-turn-around environment.
A portfolio that demonstrates the depth and breadth of your experience.
