The Configuration Team Manager: Provides leadership and facilitation for making key configuration design decisions Provides hands on leadership in identifying and resolving issues Manages the configuration design for the areas of responsibility, reviewing business requirements and facilitating configuration decisions. Develops comprehensive project plans for segments of the project assigned Directs, coordinates and supervises assigned staff and activities within areas of responsibility Ensures the timely creation of quality deliverables Notifies the overall Project Manager of requirement gaps, system issues and or variances in project schedules, budgets or other project performance issues, and provides alternative solutions along with a recommended approach. Develops, reviews, and documents test plans. Leads or performs system tests. Ensures that test requirements are met. Assists in the development of content in support of business development efforts. Provides advice and consultation to help clients adopt configuration and business process best practices Demonstrates strong communication skills and presentation skills. Demonstrates leadership, decision-making and team building skills. Exhibits a strong attention to detail and problem solving ability. Quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and posses a strong dedication and commitment to client service Proficient at working in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented This position requires at a minimum 7 years hands on experience implementing Facet systems in a health plan organization. Candidate must have configuration leadership experience as well as demonstrable skills in multiple functional health plan areas including enrollment, member service, provider service, claims processing, benefits, provider reimbursement, provider set, billing or accounts receivable. A BA/BS Degree, advanced degree, and/or relevant certifications are beneficial. Candidate must be willing to travel extensively. Essential Job Functions Business: Orchestrate the design and delivery of complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level. Business: Maintain a holistic view of the product implementation process, ensuring that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, the components integrate properly, and all domains of change within the scope of the solution are addressed. Business: Provide the client with strategic ERP advice, including product features, vendor recommendations, and future direction of technology. Methodology: Direct a teams activities based on a customized methodology approach with customized work products. Management: Lead a team of 11-20 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources) in your area of expertise to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies that are new to CSC, our clients, or the IT industry as they relate to package-based application implementations. Relationship Management: Play a lead role in influencing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction in area of responsibility and beyond, and demonstrate sound negotiating skills. Relationship Management: Demonstrate political savvy and establish credibility with client management at the Executive Steering Committee and Board of Directors levels. Leverage: Contribute to engagements on a national level due to recognized expertise in selected discipline. Leverage: Lead major proposal efforts and create strategies to win business in new markets or current accounts. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ten or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise vendor product implementation Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology Experience working with clients business vision, specific business area strategies, objectives and targets Experience working with product suites, creative product-based business solutions, and future ERP direction and strategy - regarded as a thought leader within CSC and the ERP community Other Qualifications Strong project planning and estimating skills related to area of expertise Strong communication skills Ability to provide strong leadership and support to the project and team members Ability to be a high-impact player on multiple simultaneous engagements Ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
