Federal Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Federal Business Development manager to be a part of the Federal sales team for ClearCube Solutions Company. This means 1) frequent, up close and personal interactions with our Federal Account Executives, strategic partners / alliances and other Senior Executive level strategic players; 2) hands on involvement with our most INNOVATIVE solutions; and 3) You will be dedicated 100% to complex and strategic million dollar plus business pursuits. Responsibilities:Provide insight into Federal Government market and help refine and develop our overall market penetration strategyFocus is on DOD, DOE and Civilian salesProvide insight and contacts to strategic teaming and alliancesDevelop win strategies and participate in win strategy sessionsIdentify organization opportunitiesProvide insight into the right opportunities for investment and pursuit as it relates to our core skillsDevelop and execute plans for client visitsParticipate in account planning and call planningMake informed bid decisionsAbility to travel up to 50%Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years experience with and knowledge of Federal Government marketplace / proposal process. 

5 years of experience with large-scale IT business development or sales efforts
5 years experience supporting Civilian, DOE, DOD agencies

SCI Clearance (Top Secret) preferred

Preferred Skills National contacts and relationships with Federal Government agencies Proven sales campaign/relationship management skills. Sales Force CRM knowledge would be a plus.
