We are currently looking for a qualified Field Marketing Program Manager to join our Field Marketing team at our office in Southfield, MI. CA's marketing organization promotes our corporate brand and supports our sales program with individuals who can interpret technology challenges, develop product strategies and communicate effectively. The Field Marketing Program Manager is aligned with our Great Lakes sales territory (Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky) and responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs (IMP's) in line with meeting the market strategy and objectives identified by the VP, Area Field Marketing. Responsibilities include executing integrated marketing programs to drive sales leads against agreed metrics within area, developing and rolling out local regional marketing programs that are specific to the local market, executing GEO developed programs in local market, managing and briefing local agencies on the execution of local programs, events, exhibitions and seminars. This also includes preparing marketing budget, spend and maximizing ROI at Regional level, requesting necessary market, segment, and competitive intelligence data for the Region, providing feedback on customer and product information to Area Field Marketing to assist in determining marketing strategy and providing competitive information to Area and GEO marketing. Key Requirements: * Typically have a minimum of 10 or more years marketing experience or an MBA preferred * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred * Strong ability to design and execute marketing strategies with a proven background in demand and lead generation to drive sales pipeline and revenue * Proven ability to make strategic and tactical decisions that directly affect own workgroup and indirectly affect the organization * Background in Strategy, Analysis and Vertical Marketing * Proven experience in vendor management with budget and other financial accountability * Ability to make strategic decisions with strong interpersonal skills, facilitation capabilities and strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to solve problems effectively, results oriented, strong time management skills and an ability to think strategically * Ability to drive organization to deliver in a manner that exceeds customer expectations * Business travel of approximately 25% yearly is expected for this position It's an exciting time at CA.
