Establish and maintain effective program controls and reporting of cost and schedule performance of CSC and customer activities necessary to achieve program objectives and comply with contractual milestones and deliverables Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program Assists in developing financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/ program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations. Implements program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met Coordinate with customer and CSC Project Manager to ensure timely submittal of contract deliverables Track and report variances to cost and schedule performance and coordinate with Project Manager to establish corrective action plans to remediate cost and schedule performance deviations Interface with business unit program controls, finance, billing, subcontracts, contracts, and customers as necessary to ensure program compliance with policy and budgetary guidelines Performs moderately complex financial/ administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.). Prepares moderately complex financial/ administrative reports and distributes to customers/ user organizations. Performs some non-routine analysis and prepares some non-routine financial reports Provide weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration Three or more years of directly related experience in finance or accounting Experience working with program control techniques in the Federal Contracting environment Experience with CAS and FAR Experience working with Federal Contract pricing Experience working with financial analysis and accounting principles Experience working with accounting software and databases, specifically Cost Point, Impromptu, and LCD.
